Hair extensions are usually sent out next day guaranteed delivery when ordered within the UK before 4pm GMT provided that they are in stock. All international orders will arrive within 5-7 working days via standard delivery. All orders are provided with an online track-able service. We will make every effort to deliver within the time frame stated. However, as delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure. Our signature wigs and lace systems are created on order and will take 7-14 days to process. Wigs and Lace system will be delivered between 2-6 weeks from payment. If the item is in stock, they will be sent immediately according to the shipping method you have selected. After this, it will be delivered by express delivery for UK orders and standard for International Orders. Returns and Refunds: Lioness Hair has a strict quality control policy and ensure that all hair items are thoroughly checked and inspected to maintain the high standard requirements of our customer. Due to the nature of our products all sales are final, however we may be able to offer an exchange if the following procedure is adhered to: An exchange will be made for the same value only or store credit if it is returned within 3 days of receipt The items must be returned before an exchange can be issued. The items should be returned by a recorded tractable delivery courier as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items. This will be at the expense of the individual. No exchange will be available if the seal around the hair is damaged or untied due to sanitation reasons
