For your information, about our Ikat fabric – the yarns are hand dyed before they are handwoven using an ancient, special traditional method.
I would like to point out that all our items are handmade by trained and experienced women artisans in Tajikistan. Therefore any minor imperfections and variations, whether in colour, size, texture or pattern, should be considered as part of the special uniqueness of each item.
By buying this product you contribute to the women artisans in rural Tajikistan (Central Asian country).
We will also be contributing 10% of our profits to a wonderful Tajik charity – Nazari Digar which helps children with Down Syndrome in Tajikistan.
